Swimmers, here is where you will find information on your times (this season and all time).  The North Shore team records are also listed, for both Short Course and Long Course.  You will also be able to find all of the time standards for championship meets, and the USA Swimming motivational time standards (BB times up to AAAA times).  In addition, you can find the IMR scores and IMX scores for the season (see IMR / IMX tab above for further details).

Finally, each swimmer should create a My USA Swimming / Deck Pass account on the USA Swimming website.  Click the link to create an account and find all the details you need on this great, free service.
